Nolah Evolution Hybrid Mattress Review. This is our full review of the new hybrid mattress from Nolah. The Evolution Hybrid is a big, thick, luxurious pillow top mattress with coils for support. It reminds us of an expensive Beautyrest mattress and we think it’s highly comfortable. Now, given that it’s a Nolah product, the Evolution Hybrid mattress is a soft mattress, relatively speaking. It’s around a medium, maybe a touch softer, so we think side sleepers will really like this mattress. For those that like a plush pillow top feel, we expect that you’ll find this mattress comfortable. It’s doesn’t really feel like the standard Nolah mattress, but it does serve a similar customer.
